Summary
I am a Postdoctoral Associate at the Center for Drug Design, University of Minnesota. I hold Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, with research focus on lipid-based drug delivery systems for pulmonary disorders, particularly pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer. My academic background is rooted in interdisciplinary expertise spanning drug delivery, nanotechnology, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, and toxicology studies.
Research Summary / Interests
My research interests lie in the development of innovative precision oncology therapeutics that selectively target tumor-specific markers to improve bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target effects.
Current Research Projects
At the Center for Drug Design, I am currently involved in the design and synthesis of novel bioPROTACs that leverage the cell’s intrinsic proteolytic machinery for targeted protein degradation in cancer treatment. My work focuses on translating molecular and mechanistic insights into innovative, clinically relevant treatments in the field of oncology.
